All rugs are cleaned by hand in our own facility, never out sourced. Each rug is thoroughly inspected & documented in your home at the time of pick up.
Each rug will go through a series of time-tested procedures to preserve the integrity of your rug during the cleaning process.
After cleaning, your rug is placed in an air controlled room to ensure proper drying.
All rugs are wrapped for delivery and returned within 7 to 10 days.
Area rugs can be functional, decorative or both. Whatever their purpose, area rugs are an investment. Proper cleaning is essential to its longevity.
