Yes we do! We understand that some spots or odors can be persistent. We also know that spots can reappear after cleaning. Any company that claims 100% percet removal 100% of the time, is not being realistic.If a spot or odor is going to reappear after cleaning, it will do so within the first 24 hours. Complete removal of spots depends on a few factors: the age of the spot, the substance causing the spot and most imporantly, did you try to spot clean yourself before scheduling?The most common reason for spots to reappear is something called "Wicking." Wicking occurs when there is a dried substance sitting on top of the carpet pad. During the cleaning process, this substance is re-wetted and will absorb back into the carpet during the drying period. There is no way to know if this will occur until the carpet starts to dry, because, directly after the cleaning, the surface spot will look like it has been removed. Wicking is actually quite common. This is one of the reasons we offer a free revisit with every cleaning.

Yes, traffic patterns are removable. Traffic patterns occur when an area of carpet or area rug is walked on frequently. The soil from shoes embeds into the fibers causing a pattern of a heavy traveled area.If you see a traffic pattern forming, it is time to schedule a cleaning. Heavy traffic patterns left uncared for will eventually cause the fibers to break down. Once this happens, complete removal becomes increasingly difficult.The most common areas for traffic patterns are stairs, hallways, dining rooms, bed perimeters and in front of the sofa.

Yes we clean all rugs off site, unless other wise discused with our client. We have a 7 to 10 day turnaround on all rugs cleaned off site.

The difference between a spot and a stain is that a stain is permanent.Having said that, a spot can become a stain if it is not taken care of properly. Let's also note that anything that has red dye in it will most definitely become a stain right away.If you encounter a spot and you are not sure what it is from, it would be our suggestion to call a professional first, even if it is just to ask a question. Our turnaround is generally 7 to 10 days. During the holidays, our turnaround time can be longer. If you need a faster turnaround, please feel free to ask! We can usually accommodate such requests!

Our turnaround times can vary for outdoor cushions. The quantity of cushions can greatly affect the turnaround time. Some customers choose to have us hold their cushions over the Winter and deliver in the Spring, and some customers would like their cushions back as soon as possible. Having said all that, when a pick up is scheduled, the delivery window will be discussed at that time!

Generally the drying time for carpet can be anywhere between 6 and 8 hours. The type of carpet, soil level and humidity levels can affect drying time. For upholstery, we generally estimate 4 to 6 hours for the drying process. If you have fabric protections applied, that can extend the drying time another 2 hours.
