Please pick up small items and remove any breakables before we arrive. Our technician can move light furniture when it is safe to do so, but we cannot move heavy, fragile, or electrically connected items.

Carpet and upholstery typically take four to eight hours to dry. Drying time may vary depending on the fiber, humidity, airflow, and the level of cleaning needed.

Area rugs and outdoor cushions are cleaned off-site at our facility, allowing us the time and space needed to clean, treat, and dry them properly before returning them to you.
